Mr. Nayak holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from the Institute of Science at Banaras Hindu University. He has a strong research background, having completed a Dissertation Project on "Remote C(sp³)-H activation by Photoredox Catalysis" and a Research Internship on "Electrochemical Oxidation of Benzyl alcohol into Value-added product by MOF". He also contributed to the UGC-NRCC Project on "Asymmetric Synthesis of MPS-Coupled Benzamides" and worked on the "Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for Affordable Health Care [API-AHC]" project. His expertise extends to the development of flexible SERS substrates for microplastics detection and management through cost-effective photocatalytic degradation.
