It’s really exciting to see how green chemistry is making a real impact on marine ecosystems. The work on safer sunscreen alternatives is especially interesting, I had no idea just how harmful benzophenone compounds were to coral reefs.And the project with L’Oréal (one of the famous leading brand also in the Philippines) on replacing ammonium compounds in hair conditioners is such an eye-opener. It’s crazy how many everyday products contribute to aquatic toxicity.I really appreciate the resources you shared! It gives me a great starting point to explore more about how green chemistry can help protect marine life.Thanks again for taking the time to share your insights!We should read more of the ingredients of our personal products.
