Chrysanthus Andrew

Chrysanthus Andrew obtained his B.Tech. degree in Industrial Chemistry (2008) from Federal University of Technology Yola, Nigeria. C. Andrew received his M.Sc. degree in Physical Chemistry (2017) from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and worked with Prof. Abbott Andrew in developing alternative benign solvents for the electrodeposition of chromium. He is a recipient of CSIR-TWAS postgraduate program fellowship where he obtained his PhD at CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI), Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India in 2022 under the supervision of Dr. M. Jayakumar. His current research work is focused in the area of lanthanide electrodeposition from ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents. His broad research interests are focused on Green Chemistry and fundamental/applications of Electrochemistry. Dr. Chrysanthus is currently a Lecturer and Researcher at the Department of Chemical Sciences, Federal University Wukari. Dr. C. Andrew has published articles in both national and international journals of high repute.
