Bio

Environmental & Public Health International® is a public health organization and leader in drinking water training focused on lessons from the Flint Water Crisis. We deliver capacity-building programs for federal regulators, state primacy agencies, and public water system operators to strengthen drinking water governance, institutional decision-making, and crisis prevention.

Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, includes tools recognized by the United Nations Environment Programme, and reflects our commitments under the United Nations Global Compact WASH Pledge and a United Nations Decade Pledge. We were founded by Anthony Ross, former U.S. EPA Flint Safe Drinking Water Act Emergency Coordinator.

The tool supports transparent, climate-resilient drinking water infrastructure planning and subnational data contributions under the Paris Agreement Enhanced Transparency Framework, aligned with SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and SDG 13 (Climate Action)

  • United Nations Global Compact WASH Pledge implementation and reporting
